Dr. Rabeea'h Waseem Aslam is the Research Fellow and Project Manager working on Theracom, a collaborative NIHR-HTA funded project with the University of Warwick, De Montfort University and the Afiya Trust. The project is a systematic review of the evidence base for interventions to improve Therapeutic Communications between black and minority ethnic populations and staff in specialist mental health services.
